Dr. Bernd Malmström

Dr. Bernd Malmström imenovan je članom nadzornog odbora u prosincu 2005., a 26.rujna 2006. izabran je za predsjednika nadzornog odbora. Studirao je u Kiel-u i Freiburg-u (Njemačka). Dr. Malmström radi kao odvjetnik. Bio je na različitim vodećim pozicijama u Deutsche Bahn AG, Stinnes AG, Schenker-Rhenus-Group i VEBA AG. Dr. Malmström ima različite mandate u sljedećim kompanijama: BLG Logistics Group AG & Co. KG (savjetodavni odbor), Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG (savjetodavni odbor), time:matters GmbH (predsjedavajući savjetodavnog odbora), Fraport AG (savjetodavni odbor do 31. prosinca 2009.god), HHLA Intermodal GmbH (nadzorni odbor), K+S AG (nadzorni odbor), VTG AG (nadzorni odbor), Lehnkering GmbH (predsjednik nadzornog odbora), Stinnes Corporation, New York (predsjednik nadzornog odbora do 31. prosinca 2009.god) i Schweizer Bundesbahn SBB AG (upravni odbor). Gospodin Malmstrom je inicijativno imenovan na period od 4 godine, te je ponovno imenovan na period od 4 godine 27. ozujka 2009. godine.
